Meet the people behind Dressable
Mary Rabold
Hello, I'm Mary, the founder of Dressable and the youngest of eight children. With five older sisters, I grew up mesmerized watching them get glammed up for dates, proms, and parties. I loved the excitement of it all — the makeup, the hair, the clothes, the disco music, and being together before they headed out. Fashion and those getting ready moments hold such a special place in my heart.
We grew up with humble beginnings, and our days held both hardships and joyous moments. My dad taught me to meet life with a calm heart, and my mom taught me the character that comes from sacrifice and serving others. Helping others has always been a silent joy for me. My passion for helping young girls led me to become a foster mom at a young age — one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Looking back, I see so much of my family in Dressable: the joy of watching my sisters get glammed up, my dad's kindness, and my mom's heart for serving others. My hope is that every woman who wears a Dressable feels a little of the sisterhood I grew up with — the laughter, the love, and the feeling of belonging. We all deserve acceptance because we're all in this together.
Stephanie Futch
Stephanie Futch supports Dressable's creative development, marketing, and day-to-day brand operations. Working closely with founder Mary Rabold, she helps transform the heart behind Dressable into a thoughtful, cohesive experience — from visual branding and digital content to product sourcing, packaging, and the online store.
With a background in creative assistance, marketing, and project coordination, Stephanie brings both imagination and careful attention to detail to every stage of the brand's growth. She is passionate about creating experiences that help women feel seen, confident, and beautiful — exactly as they are.
